Strategically located either in Promenada mall, in the centre of the city on Nicolae Balcescu, or on the corner of Mihai Viteazu and Calea Dumbravi it is your high-end neighbourhood brunch place. Hug the plate is open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on the weekends.
